The Associazione Musicale C.E.Di.M. Centre for Musical Education and Promotion, with registered office in Via Caterina Percoto, 11 a Gonars (UD), is the Owner of the treatement. The personal data, including the e-mail address and other addresses or personal identifiers provided by filling the “Contact form” or other forms on the company’s website, will be processed for the purposes in accordance with the conditions below.
Purpose and nature of data processing

If the user gives the consent only to the conditions under point a), the data will be stored for one year. If the user gives the consent also for the conditions under point b), the data will be processed via computer and telematic tools, just for the purpose of providing the requested service. For this reason, data will be stored only for the period during which the service will be active and, in any case, as long as the user decides to unsubscribe in accordance to the procedures set out below.
Scope of knowledge of the data
The data may be known by the authorised staff of The Associazione Musicale C.E.Di.M. Centre for Musical Education and Promotion and, in particular, by the personnel in charge of Administrative, Commercial, Research and Development areas. As responsible of data treatment, data can be processed by companies that provide IT or management services (the list of these subjects is available upon request of the data subject).
