The Classical Music Department provides both collective and one-to-one instrumental classes. 30’, 45’, 60’, 75’ or 90’ lessons, according to the student’s need and the teacher’s opinion, are held weekly.
Orchestras and ensembles play a very important role in this department, allowing each student to have a direct experience on stage. The courses are organised in two different curriculums:
Accredited Curriculum
The program follows the official national curriculum for the Conservatories. The student’s level is verified through yearly exams by a school examination board, in order to maintain the national and international standards. Students will also attend all the complementary courses according to the new official AFAM curriculum for Conservatories and Universities of Music.
Free Curriculum
The curriculum is specifically developed according to the student’s needs and the teacher’s opinion.
Available courses
Cello, Classic guitar, Flute, Harp, Percussions, Piano, Viola, Violin.
